Depletion touches everything. It fogs the mind and shortens your fuse, somehow making your own needs feel like burdens. You find yourself snapping, apologizing, shutting down, and then trying harder to fix and control it all. But deep down, you know—it’s not about that. 

This isn’t just physical exhaustion. It’s the cumulative weight of overriding your own body for years. It’s the cost of living in a world that praises you for being selfless, while never once asking if you’re okay. It’s what happens when rest becomes something you have to earn, and nourishment feels like a luxury instead of a baseline requirement for being alive. And the most painful part is how normal and common this is. I see it ALL THE TIME in my work...How quietly women seem to disappear into this cycle and mistake this soul-tiredness as just “how life is.”

But it’s not, and it doesn’t have to be.

 

Hey there, I’m Ali.

This work is deeply personal because I’ve lived it. Honestly? I could’ve been the mayor of Martyrville. Always capable, always available, holding it all together… while slowly unraveling inside.

I remember looking in the mirror one day and barely recognizing myself. My spark was gone. I was mothering two small kids, running a business, and wearing every hat—until one day, my body said: enough.

A car accident stopped everything. It cleared my calendar and landed me in bed. And when the shock wore off, I cried for three days. Not just from fear, but from the ache of realizing how far I'd drifted from myself. I had been running on stress hormones, pushing through life in survival mode, not realizing how unsafe and unseen I felt in my own skin.

No one taught me how to soften. How to rest. How to receive. I didn’t know I could give from fullness instead of depletion. That I didn’t have to disappear in order for things to work.

But now I do.

And that’s why I created this program.
It's a reclamation and way to return to yourself—your energy, your rhythm, your worth. It isn’t about bubble baths and platitudes. It’s about remembering that you are allowed to feel good. You are allowed to be nourished. And you’re not meant to do it all alone.
