Yes, Please! Our ancestors didn’t need apps or planners to know when to plant, when to rest, and when to gather. They understood the light and they saw how it transformed both the land and energy within them. They lived inside a rhythm that was both practical and sacred.
Â
My friend,
Nature is not separate from us, it is our mirror. This is not hippy dippy, new age jargon. Every cycle out there reflects a cycle within. The descent of autumn mirrors the body’s need for release. The quiet dormancy of winter echoes our own inward pull and gives us opportunity for spiritual growth. The surge of spring reflects our own rebirth, and the fullness of summer reminds us of our own capacity to expand and create.
Once you see it, you can't un-see it! The energy that animates life and flows through nature, flows right through you, too!
We are largely divorced from nature as a culture... and it shows. We have forgotten to look, to listen, to lean into what is already here. When our lives moved inside as a collective we became depressed, and sick -- both spiritually and physically. When we attune to this mirror, life begins to feel like we are on the path of least resistance. Flowing with life instead of against it.
These 20 day immersions are check points through the seasonal thresholds; subtle but powerful transitions where nature shifts gears. We explore these passages through the lens of infradian & circadian biology and natural law, noticing how light shapes our hormones, energy, and mood. We layer in seasonal energetics, herbal & Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the foods that root us into deep nourishment. Each edition is designed to be simple but potent, giving you information and resources that align your body with the earth’s turning, so you feel steady and attuned in every season.
In each seasonal container you will receive...
Seasonal Wisdom
Daily drops of voice notes, reflections, videos, and simple practices to keep you in rhythm with the season.
Nourishment as Attunement
Food and herbal ideas that ground, restore, and strengthen you from the inside out.
Emotional & Energetic Support

The Community Fire
A circle of women walking this path with you — sharing, celebrating, and remembering together.
Every season carries a different medicine.
The Living Year is about understanding nature’s alchemy. The slow, intelligent turning that reshapes body and spirit from the inside out.
Spring -> Summer
Â
This is the season of expansion. What began as a seed in spring bursts into fullness as the days stretch long and the light intensifies. Energy rises. The earth overflows with colour, fruit, and possibility — and so do you.This transition invites you to claim your vitality, to move outward, to let your creativity and confidence spill into the world. It’s a time to nourish yourself with vibrancy — fresh foods, deep breaths, sun on your skin. To root down in your body so you can rise tall in your expression.
Â
Summer -> Late Summer
Â
As summer’s fire softens, the energy turns heavy and sweet. Gardens spill over, fields ripen — the earth is asking us to gather and ground.
This is the pause between peaks, a season of digestion and integration. The body wants mineral-rich foods, the spirit craves simplicity. Late summer is about clearing excess and fortifying your middle ground, so you enter autumn steady, not depleted.
Â
Late Summer -> Autumn
Â
From the ripeness of late summer, we cross into autumn — the season of release. The light wanes, the air sharpens, and the equinox meets us at the threshold of balance: day and night equal, inviting us to find center within ourselves. The descent inward is really felt now.
In TCM, this is the time of the Lungs and Large Intestine — the organs of boundary and letting go. Just as the trees release their leaves, we’re asked to shed what no longer serves, creating space for clarity and renewal.
Â
Autumn -> Winter
The wheel turns us inward. The days shorten, the nights stretch long, and we’re called to rest in the deep quiet of winter. This is the solstice threshold — the longest night, the return of the light, and a reminder that stillness holds its own kind of power. In TCM, winter belongs to the Kidneys — our storehouse of life force. It’s a time to conserve, to restore, to protect our reserves so vitality can rise again in spring. Just as seeds sleep beneath the soil, we are asked to root down, soften, and trust the unseen. Winter is incubation...A sacred pause where regeneration begins.
 ENROLLING NOW!
Winter -> Spring
Life begins to stir. The light slowly returns, the air softens, and the equinox draws us into balance once more. What was dormant beneath the soil now starts to rise — tender shoots, fresh beginnings, new momentum.
In TCM, spring belongs to the Liver — the organ of vision, movement, and renewal. This is the energy of growth, of shaking off stagnation, of clearing what has built up so life can flow freely again. Spring invites us to stretch, to breathe deeper, to dream and plant new seeds. It is the season of possibility — the time to align action with intention and trust the intelligence of beginnings

The Living Year is NOT a course that needs to be completed — definitely not! I do not want to put more work on your plate. For 20 days, you’ll receive daily drops and guidance through Telegram: voice notes, seasonal recipes, herbal allies, reflection prompts, and simple rituals in manageable, bite sized bits that you can actually implement into your life immediately. It's light, it's fun, it's easy to digest!Â
When we root back into nature, we access parts of ourselves we thought were lost...
We’re living in a time when too many women are exhausted, anxious, and running on empty. Burnout has become the norm, and the spark that makes us feel alive is fading under the weight of endless demands. I'm not here for this and I know you're not either!Â
We are living in an inversion; a system that exploits and extracts our life force.  But there IS another path! Just as the earth turns through light and dark, growth and rest, we too move through seasons in our bodies, our emotions, and our lives. We just have to follow this map. And yes, I understand many women work a 9-5... this is still applicable to you too!Â
When we ignore these cycles, we feel depleted. When we honour them, we feel resourced, supported, and more alive. This is the other way - to walk in rhythm instead of against it, and to remember that you are not alone. We’re meant to move through this together, in community, season after season.

Hey, I'm Ali
I am a woman from Celtic ancestry on both my mother’s and father’s lines — a lineage that carries the deep memory of living in sync with the land. My people honoured the turning of the seasons through the Celtic Wheel of the Year — the solstices, the equinoxes, and the cross-quarter days that marked harvests, thresholds, and the sacred pauses of life. Life literally depended on understanding the expansion and contraction of light. Long before the Gregorian calendar took hold, these thresholds were living ceremonies - moments to gather, feast, grieve, renew, and come together as community. A sacred pause in the liminal space.
For the past 17 years, I’ve walked with women at the threshold of birth, and I’ve seen how the same rhythms that guide the earth also guide our bodies. The Living Year is a map reminding us that we are not separate from nature, but woven into it. My work is about helping women root into these cycles again, so we can live nourished, resilient, and in tune with the natural world that has always sustained us.
The Living Year group exceeded my expectations! Alison offers wisdom and reflection, alongside practical tools and information for weathering the seasonal shifts. The content was simultaneously digestible/low-pressure, and well as meaningful/deep. I'll absolutely be joining for the next one! Thank you for this unique offering.

Ali created a format where her wisdom on how to align with season, surroundings, and reflecting on what it means for our body and holistic wellbeing truly reached me. It was beyond what I expected, because it was like really having a cup of tea everyday with women in a circle and sharing and connecting closer to nature. It brought me so much closer to what's really happening on all levels when seasons change, and all the messages landed very deeply. Thank you Ali!

The variety you shared was also lovely! From recipes, to the more spiritual side, TCM, information about our circadian rhythm and melatonin, herbs and adaptogens, the reflective questions/journal prompts. Life can only be lived as deeply when we are in harmony with our "holistic" self, we need to touch every part: bodily, emotionally, spiritually/soulful, our home/house, ... And that Ali, you gifted us with The Living Year circle!
