THE REGENERATIVE WOMAN

A seasonal immersion for capable midlife women who are tired of spending so much of themselves just keeping life running — and want the energy, clarity and internal resources for everything they still desire to create.

KICK OFF: October 2026

I AM READY TO FILL MY WELL

What would it feel like to have something left over for yourself?

To finish a full day and still have some appetite for your own life.

To have an idea and actually have the energy to follow it.

To be sitting across from someone you love and realize you're really there, rather than mentally carrying the twelve things that still need to happen before bed.

To feel desire again. Curiosity. The urge to make something, go somewhere, change something.

Not because your life has suddenly become easy.

Because it no longer takes everything you've got just to maintain it.

Maybe that's what you've been missing.

Not another protocol for managing yourself better.

Enough resource to become fully available for your own life again.

You are capable. You can handle a lot.

In fact, you’ve probably built a life around that fact.

You work, create, mother, take care of people, keep things moving and somehow find a way to get it all done.

But lately, a different question has started creeping in:

What is all of this costing me?

Because being able to keep going doesn't necessarily mean you're well resourced.

And maybe you don't want to spend the next half of your life using stress, urgency and sheer competence to hold everything together.

You want something left for the parts of you that exist beyond responsibility. Your creativity. Your relationships. Your sexuality. Your sacred work in the world. The things that make you feel wildly and unmistakably alive.

Your body should not have to subsidize the life you've built.

We understand that depleted soil cannot continue producing extraordinary harvests, yet somehow we've developed a completely different set of expectations for women.

So when the body starts asking for our attention, we add supplements, change the diet, work on our nervous system, try to sleep better and maybe throw some magnesium at the situation for good measure.

And some of those things genuinely help.

But eventually we have to ask a bigger question.

What if the life itself needs to change?

Because health isn't created by what you eat alone. It's also shaped by how you spend your energy, the pace you live at, your relationships, the work you do, the boundaries you hold, the things you continually override and whether the outer architecture of your life actually reflects what you know to be true inside.

You cannot out-supplement incongruence.

This is the work of a regenerative woman

This isn't about becoming softer, smaller or less ambitious.

Quite the opposite.

I want women to have the internal resources to hold a big life without abandoning themselves in order to live it.

There is a different quality of power available when you aren't running on fumes. You can hear yourself better. There's enough space to notice instinct, desire and truth again, and you're less likely to confuse being able to tolerate something with actually wanting it.

Eventually, you begin making different decisions because of what you can now see.

That's where this work becomes much bigger than health.

It's about building a life that has the capacity to give something back to you.

The Living World has been teaching us how to live all along.

Regeneration is one of the fundamental patterns of life.

Living systems know when to grow and when to conserve. They respond to changing conditions. They build reserves, repair, adapt, shed what is no longer useful and direct resources toward what matters now.

We are living organisms too, but many of us have built lives that ask us to operate as though none of this applies to us.

The Regenerative Woman is an exploration of what happens when we begin paying attention again.

We study the intelligence already present in the body and the living world, and then ask:

What would it look like to build a human life according to principles that actually sustain life?

Who is The Regenerative Woman?

I keep thinking about the kind of woman I want to be in the second half of my life.

I don't want to become smaller, more cautious or increasingly preoccupied with managing my health. I want to be incredibly alive. I want energy for the ideas that won't leave me alone, work that means something to me, people I love, places I haven't seen yet, beautiful meals, great sex, making money, making things, and whatever else I haven't even thought of yet.

I want to be able to hold a lot of life without it costing me myself.

THAT is the Regenerative Woman.

She's capable as hell, but she's no longer impressed by how much she can tolerate. She pays attention to what builds her and what spends her because she understands that her life force is incredibly valuable, and she has far more interesting things to do with it than continually use it to recover from the way she lives.

As she gets older, she becomes less interested in forcing herself to remain who she has been. She knows when the conditions have changed, when to gather her resources back from something that no longer deserves them, and when it's time to put them somewhere that does.

There is something deeply alive about a woman who lives this way. You can feel that she belongs to herself.

She isn't trying to preserve herself from life.

She's building the capacity to live a bigger, richer, more wildly inhabited one.

That's the woman I'm interested in becoming.

And I have a feeling you might be too.

Imagine living from this place

Your life is still full.

There are people who need you, work that matters, bills to pay, a house that gets messy and weeks when everything seems to happen at once.

But you're not experiencing all of it in quite the same way.

You notice you're tired before you've pushed yourself three days past tired. You eat when you're hungry instead of realizing at three in the afternoon that you've been running on coffee. When someone asks something of you, there's a little more space between the ask and your answer.

Work feels different too. You can still be deeply ambitious, but everything doesn't have to become an emergency in order to get done. There's enough room in your mind for ideas to find you again. Maybe you finally start the thing you've been thinking about for years, or make the decision you've been circling because you actually have the capacity to deal with what comes next.

Your body isn't a problem you're constantly trying to solve in the background of your life. You're in relationship with it. You notice when something changes. You understand more of what it's asking for and you've stopped treating every need as an inconvenience.

Some things you used to tolerate become harder to tolerate.

A relationship dynamic. The way your calendar is structured. An obligation you've resented for years. A pace that requires you to constantly abandon yourself just to maintain it.

And instead of wondering why you can't handle it better, you begin asking whether it belongs in your life at all.

There is room for pleasure again. You notice beauty. You want things. You laugh more easily. Maybe sex feels interesting again. Maybe you find yourself standing in the kitchen actually listening to your child instead of mentally running through the next five things you need to do.

None of this means life stops being life.

It means you have enough of yourself available to actually be in it.

And from there, you can build something very different.

How we begin

There is no single protocol for becoming a Regenerative Woman, because this isn't about following someone else's rules for how to live well. It's about learning to recognize what creates the conditions for you to thrive, what interferes with them, and having the courage to build your life accordingly.

Every cohort of The Regenerative Woman is taught through the lens of seasonal intelligence. We study what the living world is doing in real time, how our own biology responds to those same changing conditions, and what those patterns can teach us about the way we're living.

This Autumn, nature is asking some very interesting questions about resources.

What has ripened? What is worth carrying forward? What are you still pouring energy into that no longer gives enough back? And what needs to be gathered closer if you're going to have the reserves for what comes next?

We'll explore those questions through three layers of the work:

REORIENT

We begin by getting honest about where you actually are. Your body, your energy, the season of life you're in, where your resources are going and what may have changed while you've been busy living according to an old map.

REWILD

Then we come back into relationship with the intelligence we've learned to override. Food, light, darkness, herbs, seasonal rhythms, sensory awareness and the living world become practical ways of restoring contact with your body and making more of yourself available again.

REWIRE

And finally, we look at the patterns that keep recreating the conditions you're trying to change: urgency, overgiving, the automatic yes, old identities, and all the ways we can know something isn't working and continue doing it anyway.

Because at some point, insight has to become a way of living.

Your life has to begin reflecting what you know.

Welcome to the classroom of Autumn

The realm of harvest and grief, boundaries and discernment, perimenopause and luteal wisdom, endings, conservation, declining light, the Metal element, Lung and Large Intestine, and the shedding of identities we've outgrown.

Autumn is a rich mirror for a woman at midlife.

What has your life taught you? What have you built that is worth keeping? What medicine have you earned along the way? What deserves to come with you into the next season of your life, and what belongs to the woman you have already been?

We'll keep bringing these questions back to the body through changing light, circadian biology, food, warmth, herbs, the nervous system and the practical work of building our reserves as we enter the darker half of the year.

This is what I mean by seasonal intelligence.

We're not studying Autumn because it's lovely to live seasonally.

We're using Autumn to learn how to live.

I started asking different questions...

For nearly twenty years, I've walked the same trails through the Boreal Forest around our family cabin.

I've learned where the wild plums grow, where to find raspberries and hawthorn, which birches carry chaga, where the violets appear in spring and which little offshoot will eventually lead you to a huge vein of quartz overlooking the lake.

I've left hundreds of little pin drops in my mind.

One summer I was picking wild blueberries with my daughter when I became aware of how incredibly alive I felt.

Not in some dramatic spiritual way.

I was simply completely there.

My senses felt turned up. I was noticing everything. The ground beneath me, the berries, the sounds around us, where my daughter was moving through the bush.

And I remember wondering:

What is this?

Because it felt less like I had gained something and more like something very old in me had come back online.

Years later, walking those same trails, something in me said STOP.

I stopped.

When I looked around, there was a doe standing quietly in the trees with her fawn, watching me.

I hadn't consciously seen or heard them.

But something in me had.

Those experiences stayed with me because they made me curious about what human beings are actually capable of perceiving when we're present enough to be in real contact with our environment.

And they made me wonder about the opposite.

What happens to those capacities when we're chronically stressed, depleted, overstimulated and moving too quickly to notice?

That question has followed me ever since.

It moved into my work with women. Into nourishment. Circadian biology. Herbs. Birth. The nervous system. Seasonal intelligence. My own experience of depletion.

Eventually I realized I wasn't interested only in helping women feel better.

I wanted to understand what conditions allow more of a human being to come alive.

The Regenerative Woman grew from there.

INSIDE THE AUTUMN COHORT

For six weeks, Autumn becomes our classroom and your actual life becomes the place we do the work.

We'll meet live every week, moving through REORIENT, REWILD and REWIRE together. Some gatherings will take us more deeply into the teachings, while others will open into conversation, questions and what you're actually noticing as you begin applying this work to your life.

Because I don't want you quietly collecting more information from the other side of a screen.

Bring me the thing you're wrestling with. The pattern you suddenly can't unsee. The change happening in your body. The relationship that's asking something different of you. The decision you've been circling. The place where you know something isn't working anymore but haven't figured out what comes next.

This is where the work gets interesting.

Between our gatherings, you'll have teachings, practices and seasonal resources to explore in your own time, with enough space to actually live what you're learning and notice what happens.

We'll move through the female body, nourishment, circadian biology, herbs, Chinese medicine and seasonal physiology, but we'll also take the conversation into the places where your health and your life cannot really be separated: your work, relationships, boundaries, patterns, responsibilities, desires and the way you spend your life force.

Because I don't want you leaving Autumn simply knowing more about seasonal living.

I want you looking at your body differently.
I want you looking at your life differently.
And I want you to have begun living differently because of it.

Call To Action

Meet your guide

Hey! I'm Ali

For nearly two decades, I've worked closely with women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and some of the biggest thresholds of their lives.

Birth taught me to respect process. To pay attention to timing, conditions and the intelligence of the body rather than assuming everything needs to be controlled or overridden.

My work since then has taken me through herbal medicine, traditional nourishment, circadian biology, Chinese medicine and seasonal physiology, alongside my own experience of profound depletion and finding my way back.

Over time, I began seeing the same principles everywhere.

In birth. In the body. In the forest. In the seasons. In what allows a woman to thrive and in what slowly drains the life out of her.

The Regenerative Woman is the place those threads come together.

I'm not interested in giving women another set of rules for how to live well.

I want to teach women how to recognize the conditions that allow life to flourish, and how to create more of those conditions for themselves.

Hey lovely, I’m Ali

My work lives at the intersection of body, time, nourishment, and truth.

For nearly two decades, I’ve studied seasonal wisdom, food as medicine, healing arts, birth, women’s cycles, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the rhythms that shape how we live. I am fascinated by the deeper patterns that shape this world, which started when I began attending births 17+ years ago and took a front row seat to observing the fractals and cycles that unfold through a woman's life.

But I haven't just studied this work - I've lived it!

It has been shaped through the changing seasons of motherhood, through grief, through periods of deep depletion in postpartum, through seasons of vitality and expansion, and through a steady devotion to listening more closely to the truth.

I know what it is to feel resourced, clear, and powerful.
And I know what it is to look in the mirror and barely recognize myself — to feel dimmed, disconnected, and far from my own spark.

What I know now is that most women do not need more information. They need  a way to return and come back into relationship with their bodies, their rhythms, their needs, and the wisdom they already carry.

This work is here to support that return.

"I felt like I had lost my spark after 2020. This is a way of understanding my life through a different lens. I pay attention and make decisions differently now. I understand my own patterns and have respect for the season I'm in. I'm less scattered and feel less rushed, and far more certain about what actually matters. For the first time in years I'm excited about life, and feel like I know where I am and where I'm headed."

The honest truth...

We live in a world that mirrors our disconnection back to us.

When we look around, we see the symptoms of this everywhere with burnt-out bodies, frayed relationships, fragile ecosystems, overworked land, and systems that need us to be efficient and productive 24/7.

Everything that's happening out there, is a reflection of what’s happening inside.

When the earth is stripped of her resources and pushed to produce, it echoes the way so many women have learned to live: constantly giving, without ever being filled. Perpetual summer, never a quiet inward winter. When we see systems that are extractive, disconnected, and unsustainable, we can often trace those same patterns in our own lives—running on empty, ignoring our needs, overriding our rhythms just to keep up.

And yet, that mirroring works both ways.

When we begin to repair internally, to slow down, to listen, to nourish, to rest... When we reorient, rewild, and rewire... we begin to change what we bring to the collective. Our healing ripples outward. The more we live in alignment, the more we become stewards of a different way of being—not just for ourselves, but for the people we love, the work we offer, and the world we’re helping to shape.

The health of one informs the health of all. The same elements that make up the earth and cosmos run are the same elements that make up your body.

When you stop running on fumes, feeling like a ghost in your own life, and return to yourself, the world feels it. Because the more women who choose to live in rhythm with their nature, the harder it becomes for this culture to keep spinning out of balance.

Depletion isn’t just about being tired.

It’s full-body disconnection.

It’s not just low energy, it’s the grief that creeps in when you can't access the parts of yourself that once felt vibrant, creative, juicy, steady. It’s the feeling of moving through your days on autopilot, doing everything you’re supposed to do, and still lying in bed at night wondering why you feel so far away from yourself. It’s having a to-do list that never ends, while your patience, your joy, your spark steadily drain away.

Depletion touches everything. It fogs the mind and shortens your fuse, somehow making your own needs feel like burdens. You find yourself snapping, apologizing, shutting down, and then trying harder to fix and control it all. But deep down, you know—it’s not about that.

This isn’t just physical exhaustion. It’s the cumulative weight of overriding your own body for years. It’s the cost of living in a world that praises you for being selfless, while never once asking if you’re okay. It’s what happens when rest becomes something you have to earn, and nourishment feels like a luxury instead of a baseline requirement for being alive. And the most painful part is how normal and common this is. I see it ALL THE TIME in my work...How quietly women seem to disappear into this cycle and mistake this soul-tiredness as just “how life is.”

But it’s not, and it doesn’t have to be.
